JIE motors equipped with a Turck quick-disconnect connection (Turk Cable not included #10019270) are internally pre-wired from the factory.
When you order a JIE motor built with a Turck receptacle, the internal wiring from the motor windings (and the internal brake, if applicable) is already completely terminated to the pins of the quick-disconnect plug interface.
Here is what this means for your installation:
• Inside the Terminal Box: You do not need to manually wire the terminal blocks or studs inside the motor's junction box.
• Plug-and-Play Field Connections: To supply power or communication, you simply plug a mating external Turck cord set directly into the motor's receptacle and thread it tight.
• External Wiring Required: While the motor itself is pre-wired to the plug, the loose end of your external Turck cable will still need to be routed and wired into your control cabinet, VFD, or power distribution block.
