The specific outside diameter (OD) of your sheave will depend entirely on the RPM of your motor, but it is typically sized between 7 to 10 inches.
The pump must run at exactly 1645 RPM. The proper sheave diameter will depend on your engine or motor's speed. For a typical 1750 RPM electric motor, you will use a pump pulley in the range of 7.75" to 8" (along with a matching motor pulley) to achieve the correct pump speed.
