They are similar, the 10015292 is a machined sprocket out of a billet. This one is injection molded which is why it's more cost effective. They're not interchangeable due to a slight clocking difference of the teeth to the square bore.
If you need to replace a set of sprockets, 10015297 is the way to go.
If you need to replace a set of sprockets, 10015297 is the way to go.
