Is each link connected via a chain pin and cotter pin in the 16 Pitch option? What about the 34 Pitch option?
D88K Chain - Pin and Cotter Sections
Your information here is a bit confusing. From the look of the picture on the 34 Pitch section, there are chain pins and cotter pins connecting each link. From the look of the picture of the 16 pitch section, there are no cotter pins and just chain pins that look to be riveted/welded on. Then in the description of the item it says, "Used as master link section." It is my understanding that the "master link section" would be comprised entirely of links connected via chain pin and cotter pin because this allows you to adjust the tightest of the chain over time. However, when I do further research on your site, I am unable to find any other option for a D88K chain. This implies that you only sell the D88K chain comprised of links connected via chain pin and cotter pin, which does not make sense. Can you please clarify?

Both master link sections for 16 and 34 pitch are pin and cotter. We no longer sell the riveted sections.
Once the inventory on master sections is depleted we're discontinuing the D88K chain
