- Duration: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for six months from the date of purchase by the original buyer.
- Coverage: Mosmatic warrants that its products are free from defects under normal use, installation, and maintenance as per their specifications.
- Remedy: If a warranty claim is reported within the six-month period, Mosmatic will repair or replace the product at its discretion, after confirming the issue.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Mishandling in transit
- Vandalism
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Alteration or dismantling
- Acts of God
- Failure to exercise reasonable care in installation or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., seals, ball bearings)
